Hi Everyone!
2024 is the year of throwing caution to the wind and saying "YES" to everything with little to ZERO consideration of how difficult to may be. Mind over matter and all that.
As someone who:
Chats between sets for significantly longer than I actually workout.
Does about 25 steps a day to and from the fridge. Bloody love a little snack...
And who ALWAYS opts for the lift rather than the stairs...
I thought what better "screw it, lets do it" moment than to run further than I've ever ran before, with some light "breaks" that involve getting electrocuted by 10,000 volts, dunked in a 4 degree ice pit, and crawling through a "proprietary tear gas blend"...
I didn’t actually realise you could fundraise for this - I was doing it for myself - but any chance to raise money for a good cause - you know I’ll be first in line!
I’d be so grateful if you could join me in supporting Alzheimers Society in memory of both of my beautiful nan’s and the millions of others around the world who continue to suffer from such a brutal disease.
